Make a map from your file
Use any list with a place column (states, counties or ZIP codes) and a number column (sales, orders, customers).
Your file stays on your computer. We read it right here in your browser. Only the list of places, with no names and no amounts, is sent to get the outlines. The exceptions are street addresses and pasted Google Sheets links, and we tell you before either happens.
1. Choose your file
The sheet must be shared as "Anyone with the link". A link goes through our server to Google and the sheet is not kept. Dropping a file in never leaves your computer.

2. Check what we found
Street addresses leave your computer for this step. To put them on the map we pass them through our server to the U.S. Census Bureau's free address finder. We do not keep, log or save them. Pressing "Make my map" means you are okay with that. ZIP codes, counties, states and tract codes never need this step.
